Welcome





Hello!  Glad you came to my blog.  Here I'll be posting some tips about self care.  Why would I be the one to tell you about self care?  Well, I am a mother like many women are.  And as a mother I always focused on taking care of everyone else's needs, taking care of the house, cooking, etc. 

In 2015, about 4 years ago, it was all too much for me and I had what can only be described as a nervous breakdown.  I was in the hospital for a month and it took a mixture of anti-depressants, less stress and a change of scenery to bring me back.  I realised I needed to take care of me. 

So I read books.  I played with makeup.  I got creative.  I explored the world.  I learned that I love thrift shopping.  I also did a lot of meditating and some soul searching.  I had always known that I wanted to help people.  I think the best way I can help people is by helping them with their self care regimen.  So I had an idea!  I would go back to school to become a massage therapist!

I finished school.  I got a job.  And here I am!  I get to spend time with my family, help people, and help my friends beautify themselves, relax, and learn to meditate and enrich themselves.  This blog is all about living the best life you can.
